Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can of black beans (rinsed and drained)

  • 2 eggs + 1 egg white

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 banana

  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder

  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

  2. In a blender, combine the black beans, eggs, egg white, coconut oil, and banana. Blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, maple syrup, and salt.

  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips.

  5. Pour into your dish and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the center is set.

  7. Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
