Michelle has been working in the health and beauty industry for over ten years and brings a wealth of management and administrative experience to Lemonade Collective. She holds a diploma in Executive Office Administration from Georgian College.
Michelle’s life revolves around health, wellness, and positivity. She is committed to living a plant-based life and you will always find her hydrating with a water bottle close by. Michelle personally practices barre and has achieved her instructor certification, and has a level II reiki certificate. She is a true libra, always looking on the bright side. Her smile and exceptional customer service provides our clients with the warmest welcome.

Happiness Concierge
Neleh recently finished her four-year degree in Sociology and English at Adrian College in Michigan. Alongside her studies, she played for her school’s Division 1 women’s hockey team! She’s heading to Teachers College this fall, back in Ontario and is excited to continue pursuing her goal of becoming a teacher.
Outside of work, you’ll find Neleh at her cottage, at the rink , or playing with her dog Piper!

With more than seven years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I am passionate about helping individuals build healthy, active lifestyles and achieve their personal wellness goals. I hold certifications as a CanFitPro Personal Training Specialist and Fitness Instructor Specialist, and have had the privilege of working in both leadership and coaching roles throughout my career.
Prior to my current role, I spent several years with the YMCA, where I worked full-time in fitness and wellness and served as a Fitness Lead and Coordinator. This experience allowed me to develop a strong foundation in program leadership, member engagement, and creating inclusive environments that support people of all ages and abilities.
Originally from Collingwood, I am a proud single mother who understands the importance of balancing health, family, and everyday life. Community, connection, and well-being are at the heart of everything I do. I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and empowering, and I am committed to helping others feel confident, supported, and motivated on their wellness journey.
Whether leading group fitness classes or working one-on-one with participants, I strive to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged to move, grow, and thrive.

Tracy
Fitness Instructor
Tracy likes to consider herself a “weekend warrior.” She, her husband, and their four children have been coming up to ski and snowboard at the Peaks for the past 20 years. For the last eight years, Tracy has worked for the City of Mississauga, teaching both Aquafit and Therapeutic classes, and she has also worked at the Ontario Racquet Club (ORC).
Tracy holds a CTTN Group Fitness Certification and is certified with CALA (Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance) in Vertical Water Training and Healthy and Functioning Participants. She specializes in Group Aquafit Fitness (GAF), Water Running, Aqua Pre/Post Natal, Aqua for Older Adults, Hydro Rider (AquaCycle), Aqua Yoga, and Bootcamp. She is also certified to teach Aqua Post-Rehabilitation Programs (Healing Waters), with specialties in Aqua Arthritis and Joint Disorders, Hydro Rider, Hip and Knee, and Body-Posture-Core.
What truly sets Tracy apart is her thoughtful approach to coaching. She has a deep respect for all levels of fitness and is well known for offering clear, effective modifications, ensuring everyone in the room feels supported, successful, and challenged in the right way.
Tracy is an upbeat, welcoming, and fun instructor. You can always count on her to create an inclusive environment, have a great time—and deliver an even better workout.

Co-Owner
G is the dedicated Co-Owner of Lemonade Collective, where he wears many hats. Whether he’s managing LC after hours, juggling his full-time job at Mazda (and if you’re in the market for a car, he’s your guy!), or caring for his two toddlers, G’s commitment and versatility shine through. His hands-on approach and passion for both his professional and personal life make him an invaluable part of the Lemonade Collective team.

Lindsay
Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
Lindsay is a Canfit Pro certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 16 experience in the fitness industry. She leads a variety of classes including aquafit, strength training, pilates and spin. Inspired by her kids, Lindsay has pursued her Children's Fitness Training Certificate and trains young athletes involved in swimming, hockey and baseball. Her continued education includes certifications in Healthy Weight Loss and Nutrition, CALA Aquatic HIIT, Nutrition Essentials, and Fascia Fundamentals. Lindsay strives to make every class enjoyable, challenging and effective for each individual. Her individualized approach to Personal Training focuses on flexibility and mobility, strength and balance, technique and execution for every level from beginner to advanced. She is committed to helping clients build strength, confidence and sustainable healthy lifestyles at every stage of life.

Kyle
Personal Trainer + Fitness Instructor
Kyle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has been coaching personal training and group strength classes for over 10 years, working with anyone from elite athletes to people recovering from injuries and chronic pain. Kyle has a Master’s in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Guelph and a BSc in Kinesiology with a specialization in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Waterloo. He also completed the Barbell Rehab Method course for further training in allowing people with pain and injuries to participate in strength training safely.
Outside of personal training, Kyle can be found working as a firefighter, snowboarding, or hiking with his dog, Nike. He is passionate about helping people live their lives to the fullest; whether that’s achieving excellence in their sport, living a healthier lifestyle, or recovering from old injuries. Kyle is ready to use his education and experience to help people accomplish any of their health and fitness goals.

Catherine Garceau is an Olympic Medalist turned High-Performance Wellbeing Coach.
Through her Deep Win philosophy, Catherine works with individuals and groups across a range of modalities, empowering everyone to become their own best self, while allowing the body to do what it was designed to do: heal itself.
She is certified in Qigong and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and creates deeply transformational experiences for those ready to go further in private sessions.
Catherine is thrilled to bring her body-mind practices to the Lemonade Collective community.

Meet LC member Mo (Mo Costa) your "Pocket Guide" to wellness! This July, Mo brings her 1,600+ hours of yoga training to our mat for a 4-week Summer Yoga Series (Monday nights & Tuesday mornings). With expertise spanning Yoga (RYT-500), CSIA Level 3 Teach, SUP & SUP Yoga, Reformer Pilates, and Breathwork, Mo creates safe, playful spaces to help you regulate your nervous system and invite Driven by her childhood wish for a calming mentor, she helps adults connect with their inner youth through movement. Expect fluid flows, nature-inspired grounding, invitations to challenge yourself and pure joy. Come roll out your mat and clear the traffic jams in your energy highway! Come play yoga.
