Lemonade Collective (LC) is a Boutique Fitness and Events Centre located in the Blue Mountains (behind Beaver Valley Community School).

About the Role:

This is a part-time position with room to grow. Below you'll find the role’s responsibilities and requirements — the nitty-gritty — but just as important, we want to get to know you, your personality, and how your unique skills and goals can shine within our team.

Our Ideal Team Member Has:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfort with technology (social media, Excel, Word, CRM software, and email)

  • A willingness to pitch in wherever needed to help improve the client and brand experience

  • And most importantly... a love for making lemonade — aka, making life sweeter!

Description of the role..

  • Availability: 3–4 shifts per week on average, with additional shifts to help cover team vacations. Includes 2 weekends per month.

  • Typical Hours:

    • Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM

    • Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

    • Sundays: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

    You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and potential customers — whether it’s by phone, email, or in person — and will help ensure every visit to Lemonade Collective feels personal, polished, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth

  • Manage front desk operations with enthusiasm

  • Record accurate client notes in our booking software

  • Assist with opening and closing the pool

  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment

  • Create and post engaging content on social media

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in customer service

  • Retail experience — a plus

  • Event coordination experience — a plus

  • Social media skills — a plus
