HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEVEL TO REGISTER MY CHILD IN?
View the conversion chart to find out how to convert a Red Cross lesson or YMCA lesson into a Life Saving Society lesson or let us know that your child will require an assessment (at no additional cost). Your child must be turning the minimum age when the program starts not during the program as set by the Lifesaving Society.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:
Swim lesson instruction will not be conducted under the following conditions:
Environment Canada issues a special weather statement for the region.
An active threatening thunderstorm weather pattern is approaching the region. In such cases, the Lemonade Collective instructor on location will decide to cancel services due to inclement weather solely based on the safety of all parties. Classes may proceed in the rain if there is no thunder and/or lightning.
A lesson can be canceled before arrival due to inclement weather by Lemonade Collective without loss of a lesson. A makeup session will be offered to replace the missed class at the end of the session.
REFUND POLICIES
Refund policies are outlined as follows:
Payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
if the instructor is unable to attend a booked lesson and no replacement instructor is available to conduct the lesson, and the lesson cannot be rescheduled to a later date.
If inclement weather (thunder and/or lightning) disrupts the lesson delivery after our instructor arrives at the lesson location, the lesson will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
If a participant cancels a booked lesson, the lesson is considered lost, and no reimbursement will be issued.
PHOTOGRAPHY
We want you to capture the special moments by taking pictures, but not everyone wants to be in your picture. We ask you to respect the other Peaks members by ensuring no one, aside from your child and the Swim Instructor are in your photos. Remember to tag Lemonade Collective (@lemonade_collective) and the Peaks, as we’d love to see your photos!
STICKERS AND CERTIFICATE
We know kids love their stickers! Print off our Look What I Can Do certificate and collect stickers with your children as they progress through their swim lessons. It's a great way to keep them excited about working on their skills.

PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
One-on-one swimming lessons are available for swimmers who require more personalized attention to enhance their swimming skills. These lessons are particularly beneficial for individuals who may move, learn, or communicate differently.
Here are the details regarding our private swim lessons:

$64 per lesson + tax | 30 Min | Available for Children Under 9
$79 per lesson + tax | 60 Min | Available for Children 9 and up
Ratio: 1:1
Length: 30 minutes - 60 minutes
SEMI-PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
We offer semi-private lessons, with two swimmers assigned to one instructor. To ensure safety, the two swimmers registered for semi-private lessons must not be more than two skill levels apart (e.g., Swimmer 2 and Swimmer 4) unless pre-approved by Lemonade Collective. Additionally, we cannot permit children aged three to six to be in a semi-private lesson with a child capable of swimming 25 meters or more in the pool.
Please note that participants are responsible for forming their own groups for semi-private lessons.

Small Group Lesson
Kindly note that participants are responsible for organizing the groups for small group lessons themselves.
