Not Sure Which Class Is Right for Your Goal? Here's Your Guide
With so many classes on the September 2026 schedule, it's easy to default to "whatever fits my calendar" — but picking based on what you actually want to get out of your workout can make a bigger difference than you'd think. Here's a quick guide based on common goals.
Want to build strength
If your goal is getting stronger — better lifts, more muscle tone, functional power for everyday life — start here:
Functional Strength — full-body strength training built around real-life movement (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling)
Move It: Strength & Mobility — combines resistance training with balance and mobility work
Pilates Sculpt — mat Pilates with light resistance training for muscular endurance and toning
Note: these classes build strength and muscle tone through consistent training — if your goal is heavy hypertrophy-style muscle building, pairing these with personal training will get you there faster.
Want low-impact / joint-friendly movement
Great if you're managing joint pain, easing back into exercise, or just prefer to go easier on your body:
Aquafit — water-based resistance workout, easy on joints, still a real workout
GentleFit — chair-supported strength, balance, and mobility work
Core Restore — core-focused stability and guided stretching
Want flexibility & mobility
If tight hips, limited range of motion, or stiffness is holding you back:
Deep Flow Yoga — slow, intentional practice with deep stretching and mobility focus
Mat Pilates — controlled movement for flexibility and body awareness
Core Restore — combines core strength with guided stretching
Want cardio & endurance
For getting your heart rate up and building stamina:
Total Body Conditioning — dynamic warm-up, cardio, and full-body conditioning
Power Yoga — faster-paced vinyasa flow that doubles as a strength-cardio hybrid
Aquafit — resistance-based cardio in the water
Kickboxing (Adult) — high-energy, full-body cardio with technique and conditioning built in
Want stress relief / a mental reset
Sometimes the goal isn't physical at all:
Deep Flow Yoga — grounding, breath-focused practice
Power Yoga — movement + breath connection with an energizing payoff
New or returning after time off
Ease back in without feeling overwhelmed:
GentleFit — beginner-friendly, chair-supported
Move It: Strength & Mobility — low-impact, beginner-friendly pacing
Intro to the Gym — free orientation to get comfortable with the space and equipment first
