Reports
At Lemonade Collective, we’re committed to keeping you informed about your child’s swim journey.
A progression report will be provided after every 4 lessons during the 2025 Summer session, with a final report after 6-8 lessons. After each lesson, your instructor will offer a quick in-person verbal update. If you have additional questions about your child’s progress, feel free to reach out to our team via email.
You can access mid-session and final reports online by clicking here. To view the report, you’ll need your child(ren)’s participant number. You’ll recieve this from your swim instructor after 4 lessons have been completed. If you haven’t received this by then, reach out — we’ll be happy to send it your way!
can i take photos?
Absolutely! We want you to capture the special moments by taking photos. Remember to tag Lemonade Collective (IG: @lemonade_collective, FB: Lemonade Collective), as we’d love to see your photos!
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES:
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to swim lessons:
Weather-Related Cancellations
Swim lessons will not be conducted under the following circumstances:
Environment Canada issues a special weather statement for the region.
Threatening weather, such as an approaching thunderstorm, poses a safety concern. In these cases, the Lemonade Collective instructor will make the final call to cancel, prioritizing the safety of all parties.
Rain alone will not result in cancellation unless accompanied by thunder or lightning.
If a lesson is canceled in advance of arrival due to inclement weather, there will be no loss of session. A make-up class will be offered at the end of the session to replace the missed lesson.
REFUND POLICIES:
Payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
If the instructor is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, no replacement instructor is available, and the lesson cannot be rescheduled to a later date, a full refund will be issued for that session.
If a lesson is interrupted or canceled due to inclement weather (e.g., thunder and/or lightning) after the instructor has arrived on-site, no refund will be issued.
If a participant cancels a scheduled lesson, the session is considered forfeited and no reimbursement will be provided.
Swim Level
Not sure what swim level your child is in?
No problem! Use the conversion chart to help translate Red Cross or YMCA swim levels into the Lifesaving Society levels we use.
We’ll also complete a complimentary swim assessment during your child’s first lesson to ensure they’re placed in the best level for their skills and comfort.
