Lemonade Collective offers Fascial Mobility Technique (FMT), a specialized form of assisted stretching designed to improve your body's overall health and function. FMT focuses on the fascia, the web of connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, nerves, and blood vessels.

What is Fascial Mobility Technique?

FMT is a type of assisted stretching that targets the tissue surrounding your muscles, rather than the muscles themselves. Think of it as "loosening up that tube sock" that encases your muscles. During a session, you remain fully clothed and lie on a comfortable massage table. Our FMT Provider will assess your body's needs and apply specific, gentle stretches to help loosen tight areas and restore mobility.

The Benefits of FMT

By releasing tension in the fascia, FMT can provide a wide range of benefits for your body and well-being. Clients often experience:

  • Improved flexibility and range of motion

  • Reduced muscle and joint pain

  • Increased circulation

  • A release of endorphins, which provide natural pain relief

  • Improved athletic performance due to increased mobility

  • A great night's sleep

  • Help with recovery from hip & knee replacements

  • Relief for common issues like frozen shoulder and rotator cuff problems
