Prior to off-boarding a member check to see if they have an Annual or Monthly Membership. Annual Memberships can not be terminated prior to the 12 months. If the member wants to put a request in for Management review send to Melissa to review.

How to terminate a contract

  1. Look up the client's Client Info, and select Account Details.

  2. Go to the Contracts section, and click Terminate to the right of the client's contract. Note: If you don't see the contract, select the "Show all dates" radio button.

  3. Choose the details of the termination:

    1. The date that the termination starts.

    2. Reason for the termination.

  4. Click Terminate.


How to confirm there are no auto-pays on the account

Locate the Autopay Schedule screen

  1. Look up a client and select Account Details.

  2. In the upper-right corner, click Autopay Schedule.

  • Note: You can also access the Autopay Schedule screen from the Client Info screen. There is a link to the Autopay Schedule screen under the Billing Information section.


How to deactivate pricing options

  1. Look up Client

  2. Go to client's Account Details

  3. Find the pricing option to be extended and click on the 'Edit' link to the right of it

  4. Unselect the “Active” box, to deactivate the pricing option.

  5. Click save.

  6. Go back to the Account Details page and you will see the pricing option will be in the Grey Inactive section.
