About the Role:

Lemonade Collective is looking for a highly organized, people-first Manager to join our team for a maternity leave coverage position. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, community-focused wellness environment and enjoys both operational and customer-facing work.


Position Details

  • Type: Maternity Leave Coverage

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00/4:30pm

  • Location: On-site at Lemonade Collective


About the Role

This role builds on our front desk operations but extends well beyond it. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting members and guests, managing schedules and inventory, and ensuring Lemonade Collective runs smoothly day to day. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining and growing our social media presence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations and front desk coverage

  • Manage scheduling for the team, trainers, and programming

  • Handle inventory management (retail, supplies, and operational needs)

  • Confidently use and manage Mindbody software (bookings, memberships, etc.)

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and the team

  • Support and manage front desk team members

  • Oversee and execute social media content for Facebook and Instagram

  • Assist with retail operations and merchandising

  • Ensure systems, processes, and communication run efficiently and professionally

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, and management

  • Experience using Mindbody (or similar scheduling/membership software) is required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Confident communicator with a warm, professional presence

  • Retail experience is an asset

  • Social media experience (Facebook & Instagram) is an asset

  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and lead with care
