We strive to provide a convenient and flexible booking experience for our valued members. Reservations for the Front Gym (Cardio Gym), Back Gym (Weight Gym), Sauna, and Pool can be made through the Mindbody App, Mindbody online, or by contacting our front desk via phone or email.
Cancellation Procedure
Cancellations may be made through the Mindbody App, Mindbody online, or by contacting our front desk via phone or email.
There are no cancellation fees associated with these appointment types.
Why We Encourage Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and that plans can change. While we recognize that things happen, we kindly ask that if you are able, please cancel your booking in a timely manner.
Doing so allows other members the opportunity to book available time slots and helps us maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling experience for everyone.
Your communication and consideration contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members.
Important Notes
While we understand that life happens, repeated missed appointments without cancellation may impact your ability to pre-book sessions.
In cases of ongoing no-shows, we may temporarily suspend pre-scheduling privileges to prevent time slots from being blocked for other members. During this period, bookings will need to be made by contacting our front desk directly.
Membership Cancellations
All cancellation requests for memberships must be submitted through a front desk staff member. Once a cancellation request is made, our team will process it in the system and you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Your cancellation is not considered complete until the confirmation email has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please contact Lemonade Collective to ensure your request was successfully processed.
Monthly Membership Cancellations
Monthly memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless the member provides cancellation notice at least five (5) business days prior to the renewal date.
Annual Membership Cancellations
Annual memberships automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms at the then-current monthly rate for that annual membership type.
Members may opt out of automatic renewal by providing notice at least ten (10) business days prior to the expiry date.
If an annual membership is cancelled after it has auto-renewed, the member will be responsible for paying the difference between the annual membership rate and the monthly membership rate, multiplied by the total number of months the membership was active prior to cancellation.
Service Appointments
Single Appointment Cancellations
For scheduled single appointments (e.g., Personal Training, FMT, Nutrition Coaching, Aqua Personal Training, etc.), 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations, and no refunds will be issued.
Class Series / Session Cancellations
Any individual classes purchased as part of a series or session (e.g., Aquafit, Pilates, etc.) that are cancelled or missed by a participant are non-refundable.
