MEMBER Gym/Fitness Studio, Sauna, SQUASH and Pool Bookings:

We strive to provide a convenient and flexible booking experience for our valued membership holders. You can make reservations for Gym/Fitness Studio, Sauna, Squash and Pool sessions through the Mindbody App, Mindbody online, or by contacting our front desk via phone or email.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • Cancellations can be made through the Mindbody App, Mindbody online, or by contacting our front desk via phone or email.

  • No cancellation fees are associated with any of these appointment types.

Why We Encourage Cancellations:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may not always be able to provide advance notice of your inability to attend a scheduled session.

  • While we recognize that things happen, we kindly ask that if you are able, please make cancellations in a timely manner. Your consideration ensures that other members have the opportunity to schedule appointments during the released time slots.

  • Your cooperation in communicating changes to your plans contributes to the overall efficiency and positive experience for all members.

Important Notes:

  • While we understand things happen, failure to cancel multiple times without notice may impact your ability to make future reservations.

  • In the event of repeated missed appointments, our next step may involve temporarily suspending your pre-scheduling privileges to prevent the blocking off of time slots for other members. During this period, you will be required to call our front desk to schedule appointments.

Memberships

Any cancellation notice for any membership, appointment and/or class(es) must be given to a front desk staff member. Once a cancellation is made the staff member will submit the request into the system and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Your cancellation is not considered accepted until you have received this email. If you have not received this confirmation email within 10 minutes, please contact Lemonade Collective to ensure the request went through.

Monthly Membership Cancellations

  • Monthly membership will automatically renew for another month unless the member cancels the membership within 5 business days of expiry.

Annual Membership Cancellations

  • Upon expiry of an Annual Membership, it will automatically renew for successive 1 year terms, at the than current monthly rate for that Annual Membership type.

  • Guests can opt out of this automatic renewal up to 10 business days before the expiry date.

  • Any cancellation of an Annual Membership after an auto renewal, shall result in the participants paying to Lemonade Collective the difference between the monthly rate for an Annual Membership and a Monthly Membership multiplied by the total number of months, in which the participant had their membership before it was cancelled.


Service Appointments

Single Appointment Cancellations

  • For scheduled single appointments (ie. Personal Training, Aqua Personal Training, etc.) 24 hours advance notice will be sufficient. You understand that for any cancellations that fall outside of the 24 hours prior to the appointment, no refunds will be issued.


Drop-in Classes/Squash Court Cancellations

  • For scheduled individual drop-in classes or Squash Court rentals 2 hours advance notice will be sufficient.

  • You understand that for any requests received after the notice period (listed above), a refund of 50% will be issued, for the first 3 cancellations (spanning over a 2 month period), after which no refunds will be issued.


Class Series/Session Cancellations

  • Any individual classes that are purchased as a series or session (ie. Aquafit, Swim Lessons, etc.) that are cancelled/missed by a participant is non-refundable.


Swim Lesson Cancellations

  • A refund is issued only if the instructor was unable to attend a booked lesson, and no replacement instructor was found to conduct the session, and if the lesson couldn’t be rescheduled to a later date (make-up dates are provided at the start of the session). If a lesson delivery is disrupted by inclement weather (thunder and/or lightning) at any point after our instructor arrives to the lesson location, the lesson will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

  • If a booked lesson is cancelled by the participant then the lesson is lost and no reimbursement will be issued.


Backyard Swim Lesson Cancellations

Backyard Swim Lesson instruction will not be delivered if:

  • Environment Canada issues a special weather statement for the region

  • In the event that an active threatening thunderstorm weather pattern is approaching the region. Then the Lemonade Collective instructor on location will make the decision to cancel services due to inclement weather solely based on the safety of all parties. Classes may continue to proceed in the rain if there is no thunder and/or lightning

  • A lesson can be cancelled prior to arrival due to inclement weather by Lemonade Collective without loss of a lesson. A make-up will be offered to replace the missed class at the end of the session

A refund is issued only if:
