Personal Training & Class Cancellation Policy

(For Trainers & Instructors)


Personal Training Sessions

  • Lemonade Collective follows a 24-hour cancellation policy for all personal training sessions.

Early Cancellation (More than 24 hours’ notice):

  • If a client cancels outside of 24 hours, this is considered an early cancel.

  • The client is not charged.

  • If requested, our team will do their best to fill the open time slot, but this is not guaranteed.

  • If requested, our team will do their best to fill the open time slot, but this is not guaranteed.

  • If the gap cannot be filled, the team will work with the trainer to adjust the schedule where possible by pushing appointments together.

Late Cancellation (Within 24 hours):

  • If a client cancels within 24 hours of their session, this is considered a late cancel.

  • The client will be charged for the session.

  • The trainer will invoice Lemonade Collective for the full session as if it were completed.


Fitness Classes

Instructor Cancellation:

  • If a class is cancelled by the instructor, the instructor will not be paid for that class.

  • The class will be offered a make-up class or a refund.

Member Cancellation (Entire Class Cancels):

  • If a class is cancelled because all registered participants late-cancel, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

  • In this case, the instructor is still eligible to bill for the class.


General Notes

  • These policies are in place to respect everyone’s time, support consistent scheduling, and ensure fairness for both clients and our team.

  • Please communicate any cancellations as early as possible.

  • If you have questions or special circumstances, connect with management directly.
