Personal Training & Class Cancellation Policy
(For Trainers & Instructors)
Personal Training Sessions
Lemonade Collective follows a 24-hour cancellation policy for all personal training sessions.
Early Cancellation (More than 24 hours’ notice):
If a client cancels outside of 24 hours, this is considered an early cancel.
The client is not charged.
If requested, our team will do their best to fill the open time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
If requested, our team will do their best to fill the open time slot, but this is not guaranteed.
If the gap cannot be filled, the team will work with the trainer to adjust the schedule where possible by pushing appointments together.
Late Cancellation (Within 24 hours):
If a client cancels within 24 hours of their session, this is considered a late cancel.
The client will be charged for the session.
The trainer will invoice Lemonade Collective for the full session as if it were completed.
Fitness Classes
Instructor Cancellation:
If a class is cancelled by the instructor, the instructor will not be paid for that class.
The class will be offered a make-up class or a refund.
Member Cancellation (Entire Class Cancels):
If a class is cancelled because all registered participants late-cancel, this will be treated as a late cancellation.
In this case, the instructor is still eligible to bill for the class.
General Notes
These policies are in place to respect everyone’s time, support consistent scheduling, and ensure fairness for both clients and our team.
Please communicate any cancellations as early as possible.
