At Lemonade Collective, we value the time and commitment of both our clients and our trainers. When you book a personal training session, that time is reserved specifically for you and your trainer.

To support consistent scheduling and respect everyone's time, we have the following cancellation policy in place.

Personal Training Sessions

Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours' Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your personal training session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Your session will not be charged.

  • Our team will do our best to accommodate a schedule change or fill the available time slot when possible, but this is not guaranteed.

Late Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session, as well as missed appointments, will be considered a late cancellation.

  • The session will be charged in full.

  • The session cannot be transferred, credited, or rescheduled.


Personal Training Membership Cancellations

Personal Training Memberships automatically renew according to the membership agreement unless cancellation notice is provided.

To cancel your Personal Training Membership, please submit your request at least five (5) business days prior to your next scheduled payment date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Lemonade Collective front desk team or by email. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive confirmation from our team.

If cancellation notice is not received within the required timeframe, the next scheduled payment may still be processed.
