All membership cancellation requests must be submitted to Lemonade Collective in writing through the front desk team or by email. Once your request has been received, our team will process the cancellation in our system and you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note: Your cancellation is not considered complete until you have received confirmation from Lemonade Collective. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of submitting your request, please follow up with our team to ensure your request was received and processed.
Monthly Membership Cancellations
Monthly memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless a cancellation request is received at least five (5) business days prior to your next billing date.
Requests received after this deadline may result in one additional billing cycle.
Annual Membership Cancellations
Annual memberships automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms at the then-current annual membership rate unless cancellation notice is provided.
Members who wish to opt out of annual renewal must submit a cancellation request at least ten (10) business days prior to the membership expiry date.
If an annual membership automatically renews and cancellation is requested after the renewal date, the member will be responsible for the applicable membership fees based on the renewed term and any difference between annual and monthly membership pricing, where applicable.
