Aquafit Auto-Enrollment Pause Request

At Lemonade Collective, we love the consistency and community that auto-enrollment brings to our Aquafit programs. We also understand that life happens — vacations, family commitments, and schedule changes are all part of a full life.

To balance flexibility with fairness for all participants, we offer a structured pause option for eligible members.

Before submitting your request, please review the key guidelines below:

  • Members must be enrolled in Aquafit auto-enrollment for 3 or more consecutive sessions on the same day (for example, 3 consecutive Monday sessions) before being eligible.

  • Eligible members may pause up to 2 weeks per calendar year.

  • Pauses may be used as:

    • One 2-week consecutive pause (14 days), or

    • Two separate 1-week pauses (7 consecutive days each).

  • Pause requests must be submitted before the session(s) being paused and before payment for that session has been processed.

  • Retroactive pauses, credits, or refunds cannot be applied.

  • Auto-enrollment will automatically resume after the pause period.
